Computer system management is probably the single most critical thing a user can learn. To properly manage ones system requires a strong working knowledge of the "Control Panel'" "Windows Explorer", and the Windows "Registry". The Control Panel lets you troubleshoot and configure all hardware devices in your system, Win Explorer is the path to all software installed in your system, and the Registry is a record of all properties of all system software programs. `System Files' are something you should be aware of, but are not critical in the big picture. Fully understanding these areas will make other parts of this on-line seminar more meaningful (like "Files Management" and "PC Tuneup").
